About Seen & Heard


We’ve all experienced the feeling of not being heard. Often, we are too busy internally with our own thoughts and emotions to truly listen and connect with others. Seen & Heard offers a space where we can slow down for a few minutes to practice open sharing, deep listening, and connection.
This is a place where you can talk about things that matter to you… how you’re feeling and what’s going on inside. It’s a place where you will be deeply listened to. And since all chats are anonymous, you can be honest and real.
Be in a Distraction-Free Environment
A session takes 30 minutes. Make sure you are in a quiet, distraction-free environment. No driving or sitting in a busy café.
Take Turns Sharing and Giving Feedback
You’ll join a group of three. Each person takes turns sharing for 6 minutes while the other two are muted. This is followed by a 2-minute feedback session where everyone talks.
